We offer a 3-day refund period for courses purchased on Alifley. You may request a refund within 3 calendar days of your purchase if:
- The course content is technically defective or inaccessible.
- The content is vastly different from the course description and curriculum provided on the sales page.
Exemptions (No Refund)
We reserve the right to decline a refund request at our sole discretion if:
- You have consumed or viewed more than 10% of the total course curriculum.
- You have downloaded any course materials (PDFs, videos, resources).
- You have made multiple refund requests for the same or other courses previously (abuse of policy).
- The request is made after the 3-day window has expired.
Refund Process

- Course Name.
- Receipt or Transaction ID.
- Detailed reason for the refund request.
Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
