2. Accounts and Registration

Account Sharing Prohibited: Your account is personal to you. You may not share your login credentials with any other person. Alifley reserves the right to cancel your account without refund if we detect that it is being used by multiple people.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all content and other materials on the Site, including, without limitation, the Alifley logo, and all designs, text, graphics, pictures, information, data, software, sound files, other files, and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, “Site Materials”) are the proprietary property of Alifley or its licensors and are protected by Somali and international copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Site and Site Materials for your informational, non-commercial, and personal use only. Such license is subject to these Terms and does not include:

• Any resale or commercial use of the Site or Site Materials.
• The distribution, public performance, or public display of any Site Materials.
• Downloading (other than page caching) of any portion of the Site, creating derivative works, or otherwise using the Site Materials for any purpose other than their intended purpose.

4. Payments and Billing

Pricing: Prices for courses are listed on the website and are subject to change without notice.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via EVC Plus, Zaad, Sahal, and other mobile money services or credit cards. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our store.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate instructors or other students.
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service.
• Collect or track the personal information of others.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Alifley, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Somalia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
